THIS SATURDAY 3/14 Yoga For BACKCARE & SCOLIOSIS With Rachel Jesien - 2:00-3:30pm

It’s time to ignite that inner fire yogis. The green shoots are pushing through the Earth’s thawing crust. That means it’s time for us to get moving too! This month’s class will be all about stoking the fire within so we can begin to detoxify the organs, bring renewed healing to the discs, and how to SAFELY build core support without taxing the spine.

We ALL need to create space and strength in the spine and bring resistance work into our practices for bone health and longevity. With back issues, it’s important to learn what safe sensations are in the body so that we aren’t doing more harm than good.

See you In-Person or on Zoom this Saturday! A recording will be provided for everyone who registers for you to practice with for the month ahead.
