🦵 Movement Monday: Gentle Leg Stretch 🦶

This seated calf & ankle stretch is perfect for improving circulation, flexibility, and walking comfort — all from the safety of a chair!

How to do it:
✔️ Sit tall in a sturdy chair
✔️ Extend one leg slightly forward
✔️ Point toes away, then pull them back toward you
✔️ Move slowly and stay pain-free

💡 Try 5–10 reps on each leg

Small movements add up to big gains — keep moving at your own pace! 💙

Stretch it out with a partner 🤝🧘‍♀️

Try this assisted seated hamstring stretch at home:

- Sit facing each other with legs extended.
- Reach forward and hold each other’s hands.
- One person gently leans back to create a light stretch in the other’s hamstrings.
- Keep your back tall, toes pointing up, and breathe deeply.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch.

Remember — it should feel like a stretch, not pain. Communicate and go slow! 💬
