Tips to make CPAP therapy less spooky!

🎃 Make sure you’ve got the perfect mask – there’s many different options, like a nasal or a full face. Our team members can help you find the right fit!

🦇 Ensure there are no leaks – tighten straps just enough, but not too much! A leaky mask can cause air swallowing and discomfort.

🧟‍♂️ Combat dryness with a heated humidifier or hose.

👻 Create a consistent, CPAP-friendly routine – wear your mask right before you go to bed to get used to it!

🙀 Clean your supplies frequently and re-stock on new supplies frequently to prevent bacteria buildup.
