Gardens of Pelham is up and moving on this Tuesday!
Our residents had a great time with a little Sittercise—gentle, seated exercises that help improve circulation, boost flexibility, increase energy, and support overall mobility. It’s a fun and safe way to stay active, and our residents love it! 💪🪑✨
