Leadership grounded in service changes everything.

Today I showed up in collaboration with DHS, advocating for rural communities and those navigating Substance Use Disorder and mental health challenges. Instead of competing or convincing, I positioned our organization as a partner and resource — a tool in the toolbox to support those who deserve compassionate, effective care.

When we lead with contribution, impact follows.

We support people in strengthening skills, relationships, and self-trust — so relief doesn’t come at the cost of clarity, safety, or tomorrow.

Recovery is not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
And learning how to choose what actually supports the life you want to live.

Interested in becoming a peer recovery coach? We are looking to hire as well. Here at Community & Life Services, we have a minimum of 2 years being in recovery with no substance use. This training is also a pre-requisite to hire. Bold North Recovery and Consulting
