Feeling a little lightheaded or dizzy 😵‍💫 after a massage?
Don’t worry—it’s actually not uncommon!

Here’s why:
• Your heart rate and blood pressure naturally decrease
• Circulation and lymphatic flow increase
• Muscles and nerves involved in coordination and balance have been manipulated

Here’s what helps:
• Drink water before and after your session
• Before getting up from the table, stretch and take a few deep breaths
• Bring a light snack (like crackers or fruit) to enjoy afterwards. (I also try to keep a little chocolate, mint, or hard candy on hand for you 🥰)

Your body is simply adjusting to all the positive changes. A little rest, hydration, and nourishment usually help you feel grounded again quickly. 💆‍♀️💆
