This might ruffle some feathers, but… there’s no such thing as being “double-jointed.” 👀

There IS such a thing as hypermobility or extreme flexibility (and they’re not the same), but no — there aren’t two joints in there.

Do your knees or elbows bend backwards?
Can you make your thumb touch your forearm?

If so, there’s a good chance you’re hypermobile… like me 🙋‍♀️
