Our PT's have extra training in Orthopaedic PT *OCS* Open for appointments at 7am M-F and in special cases over the weekend.

If you haven't heard I've sold my clinic and building and will be moving to Texas soon. One thing that was very important to me was that the stay in place along with the information about Bill's service to our country. I'm happy to announce that when the new owners take over soon the memorial will live on as will Bill's memory. I'm very thankful to the new owners for understanding the importance of this memorial and agreeing to keep it in place, even though I'll be gone.

Special thanks to Central College Football teammates - Brian Gordon, Ron Saak, Travis Lynn and Ray Wyse for helping with all aspects of the memorial over the years. Also special thanks to ValorFit for working with Bill's teammates over the years and attending our functions in Bill's memory.

7 weeks ago I was approached by an entity to buy my clinic/bldg/equipment. We decided to make a deal and are in the paperwork stage of closing. I will announce an official closing date when I know.
For now I'm still seeing patients on a limited basis and getting ready for the transition.
As for my family and I we are following our dreams and moving to Texas. I will continue working in PT and Jennifer will work in a library position.
We had always dreamed of retiring in Texas, so when this opportunity came along we decided to start the adventure 20 years early.
Thank you for a great run in Pella for the past 24 years and 14 years on my own at Sterling Physical Therapy!!

Sterling Physical Therapy's clinic mascot has not been feeling well this week. He has an issue in his mouth causing pain and swelling.

Thank you to Dr. Brett Clayberg, owner of Pella Pets Veterinary Clinic for answering my call early this morning and meeting us at his clinic on his day off. Three shots later, armed with multiple medicines were on our way back home to wait and see how the medicine works.

Great job on coming back from a knee injury.
Jeff is happy he "can run and lift weights again without knee pain."
Jeff is a teacher at Pella High and also a - Reserve with the Marion County (Iowa) Sheriffs office.

Got to catch up with an old friend and fellow Central College Dutch Football alumni, Justin Dean Snyder. Justin was a tremendous defensive end on a tremendous Central team in 2000.

Yesterday we were working with this from the ( ).

This had been experiencing anterior knee pain. We resolved the knee pain and wanted to evaluate his squat form to make improvements. This is a set without any correction. Stay tuned for the corrected squat form on the next post.

I saw lots of bikers on the trail around the Lake Red Rock yesterday.
About half of the bikers had helmets on. Don't forget yours to protect your head. If you don't have one go to Iowa Bike Co. and get fitted for one.
