We are serving the Pella and surrounding areas providing Chiropractic care for all ages. Dr. Lani Mueller focuses primarily on pediatric and prenatal chiropractic! She is an ICPA Webster certified chiropractor. Which means she focuses on a specific prenatal technique, helping keep expecting mothers (and baby) comfortable and healthy throughout pregnancy! She also focuses on adjusting children of all ages. She focuses on the Nervous system and making sure the brian & body are able to communicate without nerve interference. Which optimizes overall health and wellness for children. This can improve many symptoms in babies & children including: Sleep, bowel irregularities, latching/ breast feeding, colic, spit-up, torticollis/plagiocephaly, ear infections, headaches, impulse control/ behavioral issues, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorder, bed wetting, compromised immune system, and much more. Dr. Brett Mueller uses specific Palmer Package adjusting styles as well as the Pettibon Rehab system. This system helps improve spinal health by emphasizing whole care that includes spine and posture correction, nutrition, and muscular development. With our rehabilitation tools patients actively participate in their care both at the clinic and at home. When patients come to the clinic, they don’t sit passively waiting to see the doctor. They prepare for their adjustments by doing warm up exercises and stretching their muscles, ligaments and discs using the Wobble Chair and the Repetitive Cervical Traction. Neck wedges & Thoracic rollers are also provided to help restore optimal spinal curvature. Our mission is to maximize health in our community by providing safe and effective chiropractic care. Aggie got her first adjustment yesterday at just 3 days old!🎉
Birth is so difficult not only on mom, but also on a newborn’s body. Trauma to the nervous system often goes undetected unless assessed by a Chiropractor right away. 🧠

Our Story

Welcome to Mueller Chiropractic & Wellness located in Pella, Iowa. We are serving the Pella and surrounding areas providing Chiropractic care for all ages. Mueller Chiropractic & Wellness is also a fully equipped Pettibon Spinal Rehabilitation facility. The Pettibon System has helped improve health in patients by emphasizing whole care that includes spine and posture correction, nutrition, and muscular development. We also are a prenatal/pediatric chiropractic clinic. Dr. Lani is the only ICPA certified Chiropractor in the local area that specializes in a very specific prenatal technique called the Webster technique.

Webster Technique This technique helps to better prepare the pelvis for delivery by making sure the pelvis and sacral bones are aligned and surrounding ligaments and muscles are loose. Therefore encouraging optimal positioning of baby and allowing for the most healthy, natural birth. Chiropractic care helps decrease the chance of interventions used during birth such as forceps, vacuum extraction and caesarean section. Expecting moms can see incredible results from this technique that allows for optimum pelvic alignment.
