How crazy is the passage of time? Easter this weekend, about 2 months left of school, and then it's summer!

Meyer Massage & Movement, LLC is gearing up for youth summer programs! We are looking at offering regular classes for general physical preparedness strength training for at least 2-3 groups of the following categories: 5th & 6th graders, 7th & 8th graders, high schoolers. These sessions would be 60min and offered 2x/wk.

Our head trainer, Jason Meyer, and one of Pella Christians finest alums, Vink, will be leading these sessions.

Our local school's do a great job of adding strength to their athletes!

We aim to adjust the stimulus to help the athletes learn to apply the force in athletic positions; like heels hanging off a platform while hinging or producing force pushing/pulling forces while on their feet.

Two big things to celebrate today!! If you see Jason today, and recognize him, give him a big Happy Birthday shot out! He won't be looking like he does in this photo, however!!

God was so kind to bring you to us. Thank you for your obedience to the Lord.

Our doors have been open for 1 whole year!

There's a time and season for every activity. This athlete has put the time in during the off-season hitting full depth squats. Now as track season ramps up, we're hitting 358lbs for repeated pace-based partial movements.

Does everyone need to specifically train the neck? Not necessarily. Who might benefit?

-Football players.
