As we come to the end of the year, I find myself feeling incredibly grateful. 💙

To my amazing staff — thank you for your dedication, compassion, and the care you give every single day.
To my patients and families — thank you for trusting me with your vision and your children’s eye health. That trust means everything to me.
To my colleagues and industry partners — your collaboration, innovation, and shared passion continue to push our profession forward.
And to our community — thank you for the support, encouragement, and connection throughout the year.

This year, especially in myopia management, I’ve been reminded just how powerful early care, education, and teamwork can be in truly changing the future of a child’s vision. Being part of that journey is something I never take for granted. 👁️✨

Just a little reminder today 💙

Myopia management isn’t only about helping kids see better right now — it’s about protecting their vision for the long run. 👁️✨

And as we head toward the end of the year, it’s also a great time to remember to use your HSA/FSA funds. Those benefits can often be applied toward eye exams, glasses, and myopia management options for kids.

When we catch changes early and use the right tools, we can truly change the path of a child’s eyesight — and that never gets old for me.

�Wishing everyone a day filled with love, warmth, and gratitude. I hope your homes are overflowing with good food, good company, and moments that remind you of how truly blessed you are. 🤎🍂

I’m especially grateful for the beautiful moments shared at our OK Love Friendsgiving. Being surrounded by friends and colleagues who feel like family filled my heart in the best way. The laughter, the connection, the support, it all reminded me just how special this community is.
Thank you to everyone who joined and made the evening unforgettable. Feeling deeply thankful for each of you today and always.

Better late than never! Before heading off to India, I had the pleasure of attending the Alcon Academy Experience — and I’m so glad I didn’t miss it. 🙌💙

I loved connecting with so many incredible doctors, colleagues, and friends. Events like this always leave me inspired and energized to keep pushing the field of myopia management forward.

Grateful for the conversations, the collaboration, and the community we continue to build together.

Back from the most incredible journey through India 🇮🇳✨ and my heart is so full. I had an amazing time and want to give everyone a beautiful reminder that taking time for yourself is just as important as the time you invest in your business. I’m so grateful for the experiences, the culture, and the moments that left me feeling blessed, recharged, and inspired.
Tomorrow, I get to bring that same gratitude and joy home as we gather for our annual OK Love Friendsgiving.

�Can’t wait to hug my friends, share a beautiful meal, and celebrate the community that means so much to me.
