Sometimes things can be great for your growth but you reject it because it makes you uncomfortable or you’re afraid you may never be happy with it. How does the saying go 🤔
“Anything worth having is worth fighting for.” Sometimes you have to fight because that’s what truly determines how much you love something ❤️
Whether it’s your career, relationship, or any goals you once felt passionate about ⚡️‼️REMEMBER‼️Nothing of true value ever comes easy STRUGGLE keeps us humble and tests how much we’re truly willing to hold on✌🏼

🌟‼️LET’S TALK ABOUT ANXIETY‼️🌟
It sometimes occurs when we’re too excited, fearful, or nervous about what the future holds 😮
I definitely go through it sometimes and one thing I’ve learned from talking to people is how many others feel the same way ❤️
Take an hour or two each day to live in the moment! Go outside 🌳 , read a book📚 , hit the gym 🏋🏻‍♀️, or take a yoga class 🧘‍♀️
I’m nowhere near an expert on this subject but it helps to know that I’m not alone. So if anyone out there suffers from anxiety please comment below “I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED” or “I AM NOT ALONE”
Love yourself and put your health first because you are bright, beautiful, and you deserve it‼️Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

I needed to hear this today because i don’t accept criticism as much as i should 🤷🏻‍♀️but we are all a work in progress and I am working on it! 💕 .

Watch til the end and tell me if that happens to you🤔
After finishing the last exercise of the workout your body is just dead ☠️
And after laying on the floor for 5 minutes you’re fine because you think of how badass you are for completing a killer workout 😂
Nothing makes me feel more badass then lifting heavy weight 🏋🏻‍♀️
What’s even better is when I pull more weight then I thought I really could
I’m learning to stop doubt my badass-ness and go full force 💪🏼😜💪🏼

The other day I asked what workout you guys wanted to see....🧐🧐
And upper body won 💪🏼🎉
This workout consisted of chest, triceps, and abs .
I won’t lie and say these are my favorite areas to train 🤭
But we can’t leave these babies neglected 😩 .

It will take time
It will require discipline
It will require willpower
You will need to make healthy decisions
It requires sacrifice
You will need to push your body to the max
There will be temptations
But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it’s all worth it

Do you feel happy more days then not? 😆
I struggled when it came to this question 😤
I felt like I wasn’t doing what I needed to and not pushing myself enough
But recently I changed this with a few simple things
I rearranged my schedule so that i could make sure everything I needed/wanted to get done got done
For example switching my afternoon workouts to early morning sessions
Just like that I feel as if I set myself up for a productive day and to have a positive mindset to continue on to the other tasks I need to accomplish .
Which leads to me being able to say I have more happy days then not 😊❤️😘
So what can you do to switch your life to have more happier days?
