Looking to hire part time new construction cleaners. This is a subcontractor position, which means you are responsible for your own taxes and will receive a 1099 for tax purposes. Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone. Duties include cleaning paint, sheetrock dust, windows, tubs, basically entire new construction homes. Will need own supplies to include 3 ft ladder, broom, vacuum, mop bucket, and chemicals. I will work with you first few weeks til you can get everything you need. Must be a team player and willing to travel to any of our coverage areas from Bluffton, SC, Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Guyton, Wilmington island, Statesboro and Ludowici. Such as vacuum, ladder, mops, blades, etc...Pay is per job. Hours are roughly 8-5. Coverage area includes Bluffton, Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Statesboro, Rincon, Guyton and Ludowici. Previous experience preferred. Average weekly pay is between $250 and $500. Must work well with others.
