Meet Blair Locklear, Assistant Director of Health Promotion at UNCP! 💛

Blair is passionate about empowering students to make healthy, informed choices. Through creative programming, outreach, and education, she helps build a campus culture where wellness, resilience, and balance come first.

Known for her positivity and commitment to student growth, Blair works hard to make health promotion accessible, engaging, and culturally responsive for all Braves.

We get it—walking into the clinic for the first time can make students feel a little anxious. That’s why we want to continue to introduce you to our amazing staff.

Meet Lucinda Callahan, our incredible Administration Support Specialist in Student Health Services! 💛

Lucinda is the friendly, organized, and reliable force that keeps our department running smoothly. From assisting students at the front desk when needed, working on insurance and compliance measures to supporting staff behind the scenes, she brings warmth and professionalism, and to everything she does.

Her attention to detail, dedication to service, and genuine care for students help create a welcoming environment where every Brave feels supported.

Not sure about donating? Make an appointment and come by you will be walked through every step of the process by professional and compassionate staff.

UNCP Student Health Services along with HOK NOSAI are partnering with The Blood Connection to sponsor a blood drive on:

Thursday, November 13 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Each donor will receive $40 in donor rewards!

Each blood donation saves up to 3 lives! Donors need to be at least 16 years old (16-year-olds need a signed parental consent form), weigh at least 110 pounds, have a photo ID and be in general good health.
