Are you debating what to use your tax return on? Perhaps a vacation or some home renovations. Might we suggest prepaying your funeral arrangements. There are many benefits to this.
1. Prepaying your arrangements locks in todays prices, the funeral home prices are then guaranteed.
2. Your wishes are all written down with the funeral home of your choice.
3. Not leaving your kids or relatives to wonder what you may have wanted.
4. Should you ever need to be put in a nursing home and apply for Medicaid, your prepaid funeral arrangements are not counted against you as it is irrevocable.
5. Should you move to another state your arrangements can move with you. Any funeral home can access the money set aside once a death certificate has been provided.
6. Prepaying also protects your family from overspending when their emotions are running high.

ā€œWill You Come?ā€

Many times, our phone will ring outside of ā€œnormal hoursā€ or during the overnight. Over the last few months, we’ve noticed that oftentimes, the first question we’re asked is ā€œwill you come?ā€ While this initially struck us as a surprising question, the sad reality that we’re learning is that not every funeral director will go, with varying reasons: ā€œI’m too busyā€ … ā€œThe family didn’t ask for meā€ … ā€œThe deceased doesn’t have pre-arrangementsā€ …. ā€œThere’s no known next-of-kinā€ …. ā€œit’s going to take us hours to arrive.ā€ On most occasions, regardless of the time, we take great pride in being able to arrive where needed within 60 minutes of notification. There are times where, due to distance or factors beyond our control, it might take closer to 90 minutes, or perhaps family wishes to spend more private time with their loved one and requests an arrival several hours later.

Regardless of circumstances, rest assured that we will come. Perhaps something has happened suddenly and unexpectedly... we will come. Perhaps you didn’t have time to make those pre-arrangements…don’t worry we will come. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed and unsure how you will pay for whatever services your loved one requested…don’t worry we will come.

We are not only funeral professionals, but more importantly we are servants. Regardless of your background or walk of life, we will walk with you on this journey and provide the very best in service, compassion and guidance.

Those we serve becomes our friends and family. Our homes are reachable 24 hours a day. And remember, we will come.
