I’m Katie Wilson and I am so grateful to be a part of the yoga community here in Down East Maine. I’m originally from NY where I first began my yoga practice. I relocated to FL after college for several years where I became RYT-200 certified. To be closer to family again, I’ve settled in Maine to continue my journey. The knowledge and tools that I’ve gained through my experience in yoga teacher training is something that I’m very passionate about sharing with each of my students, as it has helped me navigate through what I thought to be "unnavigable waters". Yoga can bring such balance into your life by connecting the mind, breath and body. I hope to bring my experiences to the mat and help guide you to balance on and off the mat. Thank you for sharing your practice with me!
