⚾ We had a fantastic Opening Day celebration cheering on the Red Sox, starting with a fun build your own baseball cap activity, followed by a delicious ballpark-style lunch full of stadium favorites, wonderful entertainment from Chris Ekblom, and of course, watching the Red Sox game together—such a great day filled with team spirit, laughter, and community! ❤️💙

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing students of Merrimack Valley Middle School for their thoughtful “Operation Kindness” project. These students brought so much joy to our residents at Whitaker Place by creating and delivering homemade treats, handmade bracelets, and heartfelt notes, all with the goal of making others smile—and they truly did just that. Their kindness, creativity, and generosity made a meaningful impact on our community, and we are so grateful for the time and care they shared with our residents. Thank you for reminding us how powerful even the smallest acts of kindness can be 💛

🍀 Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀 Today our community celebrated with a full day of festive fun—residents crafted shamrock sun catchers that brightened our windows, enjoyed a delicious traditional Irish meal together, and gathered this afternoon as our “Irish pub” came to life with music, laughter, and great company. Sláinte! 💚

Our residents at John H. Whitaker Place celebrated National Good Samaritan Day by spreading a little kindness throughout our community ❤️

Residents spent the morning assembling goodie bags filled with treats and thank-you notes for some of our local community helpers. In the afternoon, they enjoyed a ride around town delivering the bags to our local fire and police stations, middle school office staff, Gibsons Bookstore, and a local coffee shop.

Our residents loved the opportunity to give back and recognize the people who help keep our community running every day. It was a wonderful day filled with gratitude, smiles, and community spirit.

Thank you to all of our local heroes for everything you do! 💙
