Our office/main buildings are open from 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday! Our job coaches operate when our clients are at work, and will sometimes work other shift hours.

What you’ll get:
• Flexible shifts (FT/PT) and supportive supervisors
• Paid training
• PTO & OregonSaves
• Pay: $16.00–$16.50/hr DOE

What you’ll do:
• Provide person-centered supports in the community and at job sites
• Coach workplace skills, build natural supports, track progress
• Complete accurate, same-day documentation

We’re looking for teammates who are:
• Compassionate and energetic
• Great collaborators and communicators
• Attentive, reliable, and person-centered
• Excited to help people live fulfilling, independent lives

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• First Aid/CPR — training provided if needed

Say hello to Adolfo! 👋😊

For the past three years, Adolfo Zuniga has been growing into his role as a floor sales associate at a local grocery store, and his journey has been nothing short of inspiring. When he first started, the fast-paced environment felt overwhelming, and tasks like greeting customers, restocking shelves, or asking for help didn’t come easily. But with consistent support, encouragement, and a lot of hard work, Adolfo has transformed into a confident, dependable, and valued member of the team!

Today, Adolfo greets shoppers with a smile, assists them in finding what they need, and takes pride in keeping shelves stocked and organized. He’s developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, and his supervisors and coworkers regularly praise his positive attitude and reliability. Customers love him too, often sharing kind words about his helpfulness and warm presence on the floor.

Adolfo’s story is a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when individuals are given the right support and opportunities. He now works with independence and confidence, bringing heart and dedication to every shift. We are so proud of Adolfo and grateful to celebrate his growth! He’s not only thriving at work, but also showing the true value of inclusion and perseverance!
