-Powwow Yoga is a Yin & Yang movement practice that braids together Tribal dancing and yoga , creating a full Mind & Body Workout that will leave you feeling energized , confident in your body ,
and relieved of daily stress .
High energy class .

-Yin Yoga is a slow, passive, and meditative yoga style where poses (seated or reclined) are held for long durations (2-5 mins) to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than muscles, promoting flexibility, stillness, and mindfulness, making it a great complement to more active “yang” yoga practices. It involves finding your “edge,” remaining still, and using props for support, encouraging deep stretching, emotional release, and a calming of the nervous system. Acosia offers Sound Healing tools to soothe and nurture your practice .

Our Infared Heat Panels have arrived and our Hot Yoga room is nearing completion !
Hot Yoga classes will vary in temperatures from 90° to 105°

This elevated temperature is intended to warm the muscles and connective tissues, allowing for deeper stretching and increased mobility. The practice can incorporate various styles and sequences, aiming to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while also promoting mental focus and stress reduction.
