I take the health and safety of my clients and myself very seriously. I also have an immunocompromised loved one, so staying healthy is extremely important to me.

So here I am with my New Year’s placeholder goal until I get tired:
✨ doing a little more networking
✨ pouring into my groups and community
✨ be inspiring for others
✨ maybe even doing some reading (light reading… like, skincare-labels-count-right reading)

Will it stick? Unknown. Will I at least start? Absolutely!
Here’s a discussion started tonight in one of the groups..

Even if you give them the recipe the sauce won’t taste the same… you’re the secret ingredient!

It’s wild how your own words, energy, or ideas can boomerang back to you in the world. But honestly? It’s just proof that what you’re putting out there is strong enough to echo. That you’re making waves. That you’re inspiring—even when people don’t give it a name.

So here’s your gentle reminder:
Keep showing up. Keep doing the inner work. Keep building yourself so solidly that even the echoes can’t shake you.
