You may have seen the announcement—
April is Child Abuse Awareness Month, and Madison County is coming together to paint the county blue 💙

Lookworthy is proud to be part of it.

You’ll notice a small blue ribbon added to our logo this month… and it means something big.

Throughout April:
✔️ $5 from EVERY service will be donated
✔️ $10 from every Hydration Serum sold will be donated

You’ll also see a little extra blue around here—
from what I’m wearing, to what I’m sharing, and even a few something blue treats along the way 💙

Funny how that works when you actually do things the RIGHT way.
No scrambling. No stress. No “hope they don’t notice that…” energy.

Just confidence.

Let me be real for a second—
If you think you don’t need proper licensing… you’re wrong.
If you think they aren’t checking… they are.
If you think it doesn’t matter… it absolutely does.

I didn’t work this hard for my esthetics license, certifications, and business to risk it by cutting corners. Not now. Not ever.

In partnership with the Madison County 250 Committee, this food drive supports America Gives: Day of Service, with all donations benefiting the South Madison Food Pantry.

Taking a minute to rest and take it all in 🤍

You all have truly blown me away… the texts, the calls, the messages, the follows—I see it, I feel it, and I appreciate every single bit of it more than you know.

Things have been busy (in the best way), and I’m so grateful for every one of you trusting me with your time, your skin, and your self-care. I don’t take that lightly. Ever.

And I’ve had a few people ask if I’m getting too busy…
Let me be very clear—absolutely not.

I will never be too busy for you. I will always make it work. That’s just how I do things around here. 🤍

Sherman in the studio, a birthday spa day with an amazing client and her girls, and dinner with a friend to end it all. Busy day, full heart, and the kind of moments that remind me why I love this life.

Such a cool moment to showcase what we do — the relaxation, the details, and the results.

I’ll be honest… I was confident, but a little nervous too 😅
Because when you truly care about your work, you want it to be just right.

My non-negotiables when it comes to your skin + who you trust:

*They educate without overwhelming you
It should start simple. You should understand why you’re doing something before we ever build on it. Skincare isn’t meant to confuse you—it’s meant to empower you.

*They don’t push products blindly
You do NOT need everything.
If what you’re doing is working? Amazing. Keep going.
If you want to learn about products, we can absolutely do that.
But I’m not here to sell you things… I’m here to educate you on your skin.

*They set realistic expectations
I cannot say this loud enough…
If I see one more “you only need ONE session” post… 😡😡

That is 👏🏼 NOT 👏🏼 how 👏🏼 this 👏🏼 works.

Hair grows in stages.
Skin needs time to heal and repair.
Results take consistency, not magic.

✨ They say NO when needed
Yes… I have told clients no before.
Do I like doing it? Nope.
Will I do it to protect your skin and your results? Every single time.

PLEASE STOP GOING TO UNDEREDUCATED, UNLICENSED OR UNCERTIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS! THERE ARE SOME OF US THAT CARE ABOUT RULES AND INTEGRITY AND PAY TO HAVE THE PROPER CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND PRODUCTS!

(I will be talking more on this soon! I get fired up every time someone tells me something, shows me something or calls/texts me to fix something someone else did when they were led to believe the person knew what they were doing!)
