Did you know… October is National Chiropractic Health Month!!!!
It began as, and still is, a way to highlight the benefits of chiropractic care and its natural, evidence-based, patient-centered, and non-drug approach to health and wellness along with raising public awareness about musculoskeletal health. An excuse to provide even more resources and and information to help people understand the role of chiropractic care in maintaining a healthy lifestyle? Yes, please!
Not sure how to celebrate this month? We’ve got a few ideas for you!
• book a chiropractic appt
• start a healthy habit
• organize a wellness workshop
• take on a month long fitness challenge
• spread the word about chiropractic care
• up your education with some current studies about health and wellness
• gift a friend a chiropractic session or simply refer them to your favorite practice (🙋♂️)
