So excited to share these laminated labor position cards with my client and her husband at our next prenatal visit.

Second visits are always my favorite because we are all now even more comfortable with each other, it’s a very hands on experience and I get to see their dynamic working together. It’s also always full of laughs practicing positions together.
(I also bring these with me to the home, birth center or hospital during labor!)

We also take your nutrition (and cravings!) very seriously and offer snack support throughout all the trimesters. Food is fuel and we utilize it in different ways during each phase of your pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum.

Got to spend the evening with some amazing doulas and one fantastic bull mastiff tonight.
I feel so blessed to have been welcomed into the team & tribe with such wide open arms.
We got to yap about all the things, have some yummy nourishing snacks and watch These Are My Hours, an amazing documentary showing how raw, powerful and emotional an experience birth is.

Guess who’s back…back again?!

ANYWAYS…your favorite former Long Island doula has officially landed in Pendleton, SC! 🏠
Now that my family and I are settled, I am looking to take on a couple of families looking for doula support!

If you’re planning a homebirth, exploring your options, need help navigating postpartum, or simply want add a calm, confident and empowering presence to your birth team — I’m your girl and I’d LOVE to walk that path with you.

I’m also happy to announce that I’ll be soon be adding in some customizable virtual doula support options as well as a few limited postpartum spots as well.

Every day as I continue to fall more and more in love with the Upstate I am hoping to meet the local midwives, birth workers, and other professionals. I love connection and a shared passion for supporting families & honoring birth and the journey after as a natural, powerful experience.

It’s been a minute, lemme reintroduce myself!

Hello!
My name is Stephanie and I am a mother of one spirited 6 year girl and a 17 year old stepson. My amazing husband is the reason I am able to ALL the things I do in this life.

I’ve been a birth doula for about 6 years, and postpartum for 2. I had a wonderful experience giving birth with the Stony Brook Midwives, so much so that I said to myself, “how can I make other women feel like this without going to medical school??” And from there I found one of my greatest gifts, doula work.

I live in Middle Island, NY and I am the co-president of the Long Island Doula Association, with Laura Siddons 💜

I love being a partner with , I help facilitate their which is one of my favorite things to do.

In addition to living the doula life, I have been a hairdresser for almost 11 years. I am also partnered with an amazing health and wellness company called Isagenix. From anywhere I am able to help support people in their health journey, whether it’s weight loss, management or gain, health hair/skin/nails (hello market disrupting collagen elixir!) and even support them in earning an additional stream of income.

I am an avid weight lifter and am currently in prep for a bikini bodybuilding show in Spring of 2022!

Helping those around me is my passion, and I feel that is the foundation in all of the careers I have.

Happy World Breastfeeding Week!

I was able to nurse Rae for exactly 20 months! It was the most amazing experience with her. It had its unique challenges, hard and painful moments, but it was also the most powerful and rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

I support any way a mother chooses to feed her baby and protect her mental and physical health.

Breastfeeding was it for us, and I loved every moment, except maybe when she started doing flips 🤣🥰

There’s just something magical when I get a snuggle from one of my doula babies after so many months since my time with them postpartum.
It might be all in my head, but I feel like part of them remembers…✨

I am so in love with this little boy and his parents. I am so lucky to have gotten such amazing friends out of such an extraordinary birth and postpartum 💙
