*Clients are given a window (usually 24 to 72 hours) to cancel sessions without charge.
*Cancellations made within this window are rescheduled with no penalty.

What is Subzero Cryotherapy and how is it used?
Subzero Cryotherapy is a type of localized cold therapy that uses a pressurized stream of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas to quickly and safely cool a specific area of the body. This "thermal shock" triggers the body's natural healing response.
Unlike whole-body cryotherapy, which cools the entire body inside a chamber, Subzero Cryotherapy is targeted and treats a smaller, localized area.
How it works:
A handheld device delivers the ultra-cold v***r directly to the skin.
The skin's surface temperature drops dramatically in less than a minute.
What is Subzero Cryotherapy and what does it do?
This rapid cooling causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). Afterward, they expand more than usual, flooding the area with oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to speed up healing.
Uses and benefits:
People use Subzero Cryotherapy for both wellness and cosmetic purposes.

Look who joined me in the salt room today 😊! Landen said his sinuses were acting up! I said let’s do the salt room and I can do some sinuses work on you! I told him the Halotherapy would help break up that mucus and help the lungs. He would not walk on the salt barefoot (so I put down a yoga mat for him to walk on) it took a minute for him to use the Himalayan salt domes…. He eventually put his feet down to enjoy the heat! He said he could tell the salt in the air.

Our Salt Room with Halotherapy is almost done. I’ll be adding some blankets, Zen Rakes, and adding a few more decorative accessories for that zen feeling.

Himalayan Salt Room – Halotherapy Session:
Experience deep relaxation in our Himalayan Salt Wellness Room. Micronized dry salt is gently dispersed into the air to support cleaner breath, clearer sinuses, and a calm nervous system.
Benefits may include: easier breathing, reduced stress, improved sleep, and relaxation of the mind and body.

Our Salt room will be different than what’s offered in surrounding counties. Because we have combined two sessions into one room to help with a deeper RELAXation.
The Himalayan salt domes are usually a standalone service for the hands & feet detox session. I’ve decided to add this to our Halotherapy Salt Room.
We will be adding Zen Rakes to add to our salt room (like a Zen Garden)- which no one offers.
“Feel free to gently rake the salt for grounding and relaxation.”

We have not stop there. We are adding Salt foot baths/foot cleansing ritual before entering our salt room. So you can enjoy the benefits of walking barefoot on our Himalayan Salt.

What is beneficial about standing barefoot on Himalayan salt?

Salt floors are naturally cool, textured, and have a grounding feel.
