The promise of longer, warmer days ahead brings a sense of renewal. But if we’re not careful, we can quickly slip into overdoing it instead of slowly finding balance with all the new energy that’s arriving.

One simple way to do this is the Five Senses Meditation. It’s one of my favorite practices anytime I need to center my mind and return to the present moment.
This quick exercise helps regulate the nervous system and brings you back into awareness. It’s a beautiful gateway into meditation — and a reminder that balance begins with awareness.
