Don’t forget — this Saturday we have a wonderful lineup of classes and events at the studio!

Start your morning with *Lynne’s Holiday Stress Buster*, a grounding yoga session to release tension, recharge, and find calm before the holiday rush.
11:30 AM–1:30 PM • $20 or 4 credits

Then, join our *Period Packing Party* for It’s For the Girls, Period, a local nonprofit providing menstrual products to those in need.
1:45–2:15 PM • Free (registration preferred)

Finally, gather with Casey for a *Release & Renewal Fire Ceremony for the Turning Year*, letting go of what no longer serves you and welcoming in fresh energy for the new year.
2:30–3:30 PM • Free (registration required)

After class, head over to the on Pendleton Square to enjoy local vendors, festive treats, and holiday cheer.

Our classes are suitable for anyone, from beginners to experienced students, and our gift cards offer a chance to try yoga, tai chi, and/or sound classes right in the heart of downtown Pendleton, SC. 💙
