Hey community! So support has been incredible for my cancer journey, lately.

My general vitality is going really well. I thank all of the generous donors who have supported me in various ways… and treatment is going well as far as my quality of life; my head/heart space, etc.

More updates to come as things go…

And folks still graciously offer their love, asking what they can do to help me out… I want to continue to be here, be a mom, and show up in the world. Work has been hard to manage, as I’m not physically capable of cleaning, myself.

BUT I do have AMAZING workers now, and am bringing more on as we speak, to help me and themselves to bring in good income, to support ourselves.

Announcing an incredible series this fall with at Yuba Yoga & Dance:

:..::Yoga For Your Hormones::..
A series of classes to be included with Chandra Tracy‘s new book coming out.

During these 8 sessions we will journey through the glands that produce our hormones. We will learn practices of yoga, ta**ra and ayurveda for balancing, getting in touch with and healing our precious glands. Claudia Welch says a woman is in balance when her hormones are in balance.  When you register for the entire series you will receive a workbook and access to all recordings  (this is an in person live event but if you have to miss a week there will be recordings for you).  Drop ins are also welcome but attending the entire serious with full commitment will allow the most profound benefit.

These classes will be recorded while in session, and you will have an opportunity to attend live in the studio, as an active participant in this unique offering.

Women of all ages are invited, and will benefit from the wisdom of both the Ta***ic and Ayurvedic concepts, paired with Chandra’s 20+ year yogic practitionership, plus somatic and psycho therapies background.

Registration is available either through early bird pricing before September 21, add $120 for the series via Venmo, and after the 21st at $150 for the series.
