Allergies are in the air! Cold and flu season is not far behind. Check out these tips for fighting off colds 🤧🤒

1. Eat enough whole foods. The immune system needs energy to work. Food provides energy for your body. So make sure you are eating enough!

2. Get enough sleep. When you sleep your body does lots of healing and restoring. This gives your immune system a chance to catch up. Make sure you’re getting restful sleep each night.

3. Your immune system works better when you’re hydrated! Water and fluids help to flush the toxins out. Drink your water.

4. Unfortunately high stress causes our immune system to slow down. By managing your stress, your immune system can stay strong!
