Coffee DOES NOT equal breakfast. ☕️🚫
I get it, morning coffee is good. You can still enjoy your morning coffee but your body, especially your adrenals, will feel better if you eat before you drink your coffee! Start your day with some protein, fat and carbs before your cup of coffee.
No days off.
I used to take no days off. I also didn’t see much progress with my workouts. Your muscles need time to recover after intense workout days. So add in some rest days or active recovery days and watch your progress 💪
One size fits all supplement protocols.
I bet you don’t even need half the supplements you’re taking. Your body breaks down and utilizes nutrients different from mine. So what supplements I am taking, might make zero sense for you to take. Also, supplements should be a last resort. You want to get the majority of your nutrients from FOOD and then add in supplements where you are lacking. 🥗🍗🍲
Fasting will get you to your goals faster.
In my eyes, fasting is basically starving yourself. If you are not getting enough nutrients, your body will literally start to shut down and store everything you eat. Hence why some people actually gain weight when they start fasting. You should be eating breakfast, lunch and dinner (maybe a snack) each day to properly fuel your body.
Sleep when you’re dead.
So many of us are sleep deprived and trying to run on caffeine. That brain fog you’re
experiencing might be because you are lacking sleep. That slow digestion could be because you’re sleep deprived. Strive for 7-9 hours of sleep per night and watch your overall health improve! 🛌
