As a local chiropractor, my mission is simple: to help everyone feel their best. When I'm not in the treatment room, you can find me outdoors hiking, kayaking... or tasting the latest Finger Lakes wines. I'm a self-taught yogi of over 10 years and I often have my nose in a book. I also love to draw and have a small art business with a focus on anatomy! I'm so excited to bring my bubbly personality and unique treatment style to my hometown, Penn Yan. One of my favorite parts of the office? The kid corner!
I have a dedicated space in the treatment room with toys, books, and coloring so little ones can hang out while their parents get treated.

Life doesn’t pause when you have kids — and you shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of yourself and bringing them along.

I truly love when kiddos come with their parents!

Friday’s at Alessi Chiropractic just got a whole lot better!! After a few trial runs Banks has accepted the position of CCO (chief cuteness officer). He will be behind our front desk in reception - don’t worry, he’s not in charge of answering the phone! Not a fan of dogs? No problem! He is barricaded behind the front desk… he can’t come up to you but he sure loves it when people come give him attention!
