Finger Lakes Community Health

Finger Lakes Community Health Finger Lakes Community Health is a non-profit organization with eight health centers. We listen. We take time with our patients. And we get to know you.

As a Community Health Center, Finger Lakes Community Health offers full medical, dental, and behavioral health services to everyone in our community. This philosophy lies at the heart of everything we do, and we practice it every day.

Many families don’t realize their child may qualify for low-cost or even no-cost health coverage. Child Health Plus in New York State is available for children under 19 who do not have other insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid.

Coverage includes routine checkups, doctor visits, hospital care, mental health services, dental, and vision. Income limits are higher than many expect, and eligibility does not depend on a parent’s insurance status.

If you’re unsure whether your child qualifies, our team can help you understand your options and next steps.
