Our Street Outreach team was out yesterday picking up donations from Christopher Cramp’s Project DASH, and we were blown away by the community’s generosity.

A huge thank-you to Falls Township Police Department for leading this effort and to all of the participating local departments. These donations will support our Street Outreach team's work with Bucks County residents facing homelessness and housing insecurity as well as the work of other local organizations including Reach Out Foundation, Advocates for Homeless & Those in Need, Valley Youth House, United Way of Bucks County, and Family Service Association of Bucks County. We’re grateful to be part of this collaborative effort.

Although Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week has officially ended, the need in our community has not, and neither has the work. Our team will continue showing up, just as Chris Cramp did throughout his life with compassion, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to those who needed him most. His legacy lives on in every act of support, every donation, and every person who chooses to help. Thank you to the officers, partners, and community members who made this drive a success. Together, we carry Christopher’s mission forward.

Your gift, in any amount, helps ensure that individuals and families in Bucks County have access to essential services and support. Your generosity truly makes a difference.

We kicked off the day with a special breakfast to recognize all of our amazing staff. During the event, we honored 18 team members reaching service milestones from 5 to 35 years and celebrated four Shining Star Award winners whose above-and-beyond performance reflects our core values. A big thank you to Neshaminy Pharmacy for sponsoring this celebration! We’re grateful for every member of our team who brings dedication, compassion, and purpose to their work each day.

Today marked Day 4 of Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week in Bucks County. Our CEO, Jon Rubin, spoke alongside representatives from Family Service Association of Bucks County and Bucks County Housing Group as the Bucks County Commissioners issued an official proclamation recognizing the importance of supporting those in need.

We are especially grateful to the commissioners for their $2,000 contribution to Penndel Mental Health Center’s Together in Action Fund, established in honor of Chris Cramp and Keith Smothers. This fund will help strengthen the well-being of Bucks County residents experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

Our annual wish list is back for the 6th Year! Our Blended Case Management team has compiled an Amazon Wishlist for our clients and families in need this holiday season.

Thanks to our generous community, over the last 5 years our clients have received hundreds of gifts and donations. The BCM team personally wraps and delivers everything that is purchased to help make the holidays special.

Please check out our Amazon Wish List and consider making a purchase. Our clients greatly benefit from this every year and are so appreciative of the things that they have received. We will be accepting gift purchases up until December 19th, so we have time to wrap and deliver everything. The list can be found at:
