The Power of Subtle Energy✨
Reiki, a Japanese healing practice developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, is based on the principle that universal life energy flows through all living beings.
When that energy is blocked or depleted, we often experience stress, imbalance, or dis-ease.
Reiki offers a way to restore harmony by gently directing this energy through light touch or intentional presence, supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal and the mind’s ability to find calm.
Far more than a technique, Reiki is a reminder of our deep connection to one another and to the unseen currents that sustain life. Modern science continues to explore the subtle but real effects of energy-based practices, while practitioners and recipients alike affirm the profound sense of peace, clarity, and renewal that Reiki fosters.
At Honor Yoga Pennington, we believe in the transformative power of energy work, which is why we host a community Reiki Share every last Friday of the month at 6 PM—FREE and open to all.

Honor Yoga Pennington offers an inclusive environment to honor your mind, body & self through yoga & meditation.
We serve our entire community by offering classes at all levels with the ability to drop-in anytime. We offer class cards and packs for flexibility of schedule and commitment. We also offer different membership levels that allow you to take up to four classes per month or an unlimited number of classes at Honor Yoga Pennington or any one of our studios. All-inclusive memberships include all workshops that we offer at all Honor Yoga Studio locations.
Roots: Start from the ground up in this back-to-the-basics yoga class with a slow and instructional sequencing.
Gentle: Perfect for those new to yoga, the practice is slow and steady with a focus on stretching and breath work.
Restorative: Renew your body, mind and soul by giving yourself permission to do less instead of more.
Flow: Link breath and movement to create a connection between mind, body and self in this vinyasa based yoga class.
Calm & Strong: This yoga class holds postures longer with attention on alignment and breath.
Aerial: Postures are done in the air creating space, detoxification and balance through aerial yoga. Practice breathing techniques and meditation, learn aerial asanas and inversions, and find peace and energy in Aerial Roots and Aerial Mixed Level classes.
YogaBarre: A beginner-friendly, challenging workout, designed to sculpt and strengthen and fuses yoga, barre, and pilates.
