I’ve got a little news to share, I am now a licensed telehealth provider for anyone in the state of Florida! Due to some needs of my current clients, I went ahead and filed for licensure and now I can see anyone who is located in New Jersey or Florida. This is great for anyone you know who is chasing the sun and living the snowbird life, or someone who goes to college in Florida but is from New Jersey (or vice versa).

I can’t wait to start seeing some more Florida numbers hitting up my phone!

Have you seen Encanto yet? I have not talked about a movie so much in therapy since Inside Out came out in 2015, and I generally work with adults so this one is definitely hitting home for many.

If you have the chance, definitely check it out. Even for non-therapists it can open some amazing dialogue between family members in a non-threatening way.

While catchy songs from "Encanto" are topping the charts, Disney's latest animated film is drawing praise for another reason: the way the movie portrays trauma and healing.
