As part of our effort to fight food insecurity in Trenton, we invited Capital Health employees to create decorated baskets filled with holiday favorites to share with our neighbors in need. We’re happy to report that staff from more than 70 departments kicked off the holiday season by donating 111 Thanksgiving baskets that will be distributed to residents by Mercer Street Friends. Additional food donations were packed into two SUVs going to Arm in Arm for distribution. Thanks to our employees for their generosity and to our community partners for helping us spread good cheer in the neighborhoods we serve!
