It has been some time since I posted. Today just thinking about conflicts . They are complex. Rather because of misunderstandings, or personality differences
As we find ourselves in the middle of one it is important to analyze ourselves first , what internal defenses are going on and why?
Are there root issues of pride and insecurity that we have not addressed? Oftentimes we only see the situation from our own point of view and assumptions and not had open uninterrupted communication . Hum simply a thought today Have a peaceful day!
