OFFICE WILL REOPEN ON MONDAY, MAY 11, 2020...
By appointment ONLY
We would like to thank all of our patients for understanding our decision to close the office during the crucial period of COVID-19. Our decision was based on the safety of our patients, staff and the entire community.
That being said, we are planning to begin seeing patients in the office effective Monday, May 11, 2020. We will follow the CDC [Center for Disease Control] and Prevention guidelines.
Since the pandemic is not completely over, we are asking our patients and staff to comply with the following heightened safety measures:
1. All patients and staff must wear a mask and gloves while in the office.
2. We are going to limit the amount of patients in the office at any given time. That being said, all treatments must be by appointment ONLY. We must insist that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or we may not be able to accommodate you.
3. Only the patient will be allowed in the office. For those patients who require a caretaker, only one person may accompany the patient.
4. The entire staff will be performing diligent hand washing and extra cleaning and disinfecting precautions.
5. All patients and staff will be screened for fever, cough, shortness of breath, cold/flu symptoms, red eyes, loss of smell/taste, body aches along with any new symptoms for COVID-19.
6. We must insist that you inform us if you have been exposed to Coronavirus or currently live with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
7. If you have previously tested positive for COVID-19, you must show proof of a negative test prior to scheduling an appointment.
This course of action is necessary for everyone’s safety and protection and we thank you, in advance, for your help regarding this matter.
Our staff will begin making calls this week to start scheduling appointments. Please feel free to call our office at 856-663-4414 and leave a message if you would like to make an appointment.
We will likely have some minor problems as we attempt to establish our new “normal”, and we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
