Red Ribbon Week has begun. Young individuals, at the Indian Island School are invited to sign a commitment banner pledging to lead a drug-free life. I have created Kindness Badges for younger students to wear, featuring the promise "To myself, I promise to act and speak with kindness. So every day, I will be the very best version of me!” Encouraging self-kindness can greatly decrease the inclination to self-medicate later in life. ❤️❤️❤️
