I’m a bit behind in posting about the births over here! Over the past 3 years, since moving to FL, I’ve had the honor of supporting mamas in all stages of the motherhood journey. I’ll be posting stories and pictures from these births in the coming weeks, hopefully 🤞🏻with mother’s own story!

Two births this season so far! HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the two beautiful girls that were born this autumn! 🍂 Thank you for allowing me to witness and serve, I’m so proud of you, Mamas!

There are MANY other products and modalities that can help reestablish a harmonious vaginal pH but these are my favorite easy and budget friendly gems!! Most of the items you already have, like olive or coconut oil, apple cider vinegar. Others are grocery list swaps. With today’s prices, convenient food isn’t even affordable anymore, so it’s the best time you’ve had to simplify your grocery list to whole food snacks! Start loving your bacteria warriors and give them a boost with fermented swaps; neon green pickles for naturally fermented. Think simply. If invasive bacteria love sugar, and invasive bacteria isn’t feeling sexy on you, you should stop feeding them sugar. See how you feel after 1 week. Then check in again after 2 weeks. 👌🏻

Throwback to Ember’s birth as I enter into a sort of “birth season” myself! With 3 mamas on the edge of the portal, I’m finding myself nostalgic about my own magical births. Not all of my births were magical. It wasn’t until my 3rd baby that I learned to breathe properly, and to say it’s a “game changer” is stupid, because it’s always been this way; we’ve just been so disconnected from our primal nature that we forgot. And so, when I remembered, and learned to relax and flow like water, and open my yoni and hips that my births became magical.

Here are some snips from my finale:
1. ~2 hours into labor starting (kids had just been picked up)
2. ~ 5 hours in
3. Transition, 1 hour to go
4. The jiggle. IYKYK
5. Stops jiggling and leaps directly into the water that my mother had just made perfect temp by buying ice at 7/11 at 12am
6. Side lunge, FER, into Daddy’s arms!
7. Immediate relief and it’s done. Placenta takes her time, and eventually comes. Lots of blood as always, and I immediately rest and recover.
8. Tended to by my King, my Mother, my Midwife.

Pensacola Women! This workshop is a safe container to ask questions, learn a transformative mirror work practice, access skilled guided pelvic breathwork and self womb massage. Why? To relieve pain, to have better sensation, to be seen and heard, to be embodied. I’m really excited about this one as it brings together nervous system and pelvic healing! So many of the women I see suffer with disconnection, pain, and weakness… together we’ll restore our roots so we can bloom! 🌹
