Donald E. Russell, Jr., Author "Obsessions, Rituals and Wasted Time" I am the author of a book about my living with OCD, titled, "Obsessions, Rituals and Wasted Time."

Donald Russell has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, The United Kingdom, Louisiana and Florida. His life experiences, more than education, are the foundation of his knowledge. After finally understanding his mental disorder, he has felt the desire to help others understand the consequences of living with Obsessive, Compulsive Disorder, and that it may be controlled with the right strategies. His passion is to tell others of what living with OCD is like and where to look for a cure through God's earthly creations and mental professionals. He is an entrepreneur owning Antiphone Collection, a clothing and accessory line making fun of our society's addiction to cellphones. He is also the publisher, owner, sales executive, editor, photographer, writer and distributor of a tourist guide in Northwest Florida. He has previously sold carpet, raised flooring, work boots and peaches.
