As our incredible team has grown over the years we had to find a bigger venue this year to celebrate our area leading team of clinicians and support staff. After a brief weather delay we were able to get the party started with a very special first pitch thrown out by our awesome Director of Clinical Services. At Mission we love celebrating this amazing team that make us such a truly special place to work!

At Mission Home Health, we know that a strong body starts with a strong heart. We help our patients handle various conditions including congestive heart failure, post-surgical cardiac care, heart dysrythmias and many others in the comfort of their own home with our 5 Star rated team. If you or a loved one has a heart condition that is affecting the ability to perform basic tasks of day to day life, please reach out to us to see if our nurses and therapists can help out!

Our offices are currently closed due to unsafe road conditions. Please note we are available by phone if there are any needs we can assist with. We hope to be back in offices by end of the week but will be monitoring roads to ensure the safety of our amazing staff!

Our annual Christmas Party is a great time every winter to reflect on both the struggles and numerous triumphs of the year. Most importantly it’s an opportunity to show our appreciation to our amazing staff and spouses that allow us to be a truly 5 star team! Our people are the service we provide and we have the absolute best here at Mission! Happy holidays from our family to yours!

Mission Home Health loves our amazing team of caring professionals as we are truly blessed to have the highest level of healthcare providers that have allowed us to obtain the areas only 5 Star designation from Medicare for 3 years in a row. Two of those amazing team members were awarded our “Mission Maverick” award today to reflect their hardwork and joy they show every day in caring for our patients. Congratulations to Farrah and Caleb and thank you for going above and beyond to care for our patients!
