✍️ IT’S OFFICIAL, we have secured a new building in Pensacola!

We are beyond blessed to announce that we will be moving into a 9,000 sq Ft building only 1 block from our current Pensacola location. It may not look like much now, but wait to see what we have in store for you!

Chin-ups are a great exercise to build upper body strength. But did you know they can help you sprint faster too?! Let me explain…

The arm mechanics in the chin-up is similar to the arm mechanics when sprinting. This action is called shoulder extension. Powerful shoulder extension helps to counter balance the opposite leg when sprinting and keeps us more aligned, which in turn helps to put a more powerful force into the ground. In turn, making us run faster!

T-spine rotations!

This exercise can be performed to lengthen or strengthen an athlete’s rotational muscles. Once the athlete achieves optimal range of motion they should focus on strengthening those muscles. Adding resistance to a mobility exercise like the ones below will help an athlete prevent injury & prepare for explosive movements!
