What an honor it was to speak at the Women’s Empowerment Brunch this weekend! ✨

I shared on the boundaries of self-love and the power of remembering that when you say “No,” you are really saying “I matter.”

We often pour so much into others that we forget our own worth. But true love, God’s love teaches us that protecting our peace, setting boundaries, and honoring ourselves is not selfish… it’s necessary. 💜

Thank you to every beautiful woman who came with open hearts. The room was filled with strength, resilience, and grace, and I left so inspired. 🌸

A special thank you to Kay for her yes to God and for hosting these powerful women’s empowerment events. Because of your obedience, so many lives are being poured into and transformed. 🙏🏽✨

What a powerful night at Deliverance Tabernacle’s Marriage Ministry! ✨

I had the honor of speaking on overwhelming anxiety in marriage and sharing coping skills and biblical tools to help couples walk through stress together instead of apart. 💕

I love my DT family and the way this ministry creates space for healing, growth, and restoration. Grateful for the opportunity to pour out and even more grateful for what God is doing in this season. 🙌🏽💍✨
