Pour into yourself first. 🪴💦
Back when I had to fight for joy this was the hardest thing for me to do. Looking back I see why. I had become someone so far from who God created because I gave my past hurt the authority to define me, to shame me, to make me feel unworthy and caused me to hurt others. External validation kept me saying yes to everyone but myself.
Everyone’s “rock bottom” looks different but God is always the rock at the bottom. In time, I began to realize that those uncomfortable situations didn’t happen to me but FOR me. It was all by design.
Im so thankful that I’m here to experience the other side of my circumstances. Through all of this my purpose was revealed, to remind you that there was a need here on Earth and then God created you!
On this platform I’ll share how I found and sustain my inner peace in hopes that all who need it will receive it!
I’m still here! We are still here! Regardless of what happened yesterday, as long as there’s breath in your body, you can change your narrative! ❤️
