Over the last 13 weeks of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻, I've watched women go from "thinking about coaching someday" to landing paying clients. They're all doing the same thing, and it's not what you think.

It's not that they suddenly got confident, finally felt ready or that the timing was perfect.

They built momentum when everyone else was coasting along and waiting for January to "start fresh," my community was:

→ Showing up on LinkedIn (or the platform where their ICA hangs out) consistently (even when they were scared)
→ Having real conversations with potential clients (even when they felt like imposters)
→ Declaring their goals out loud (even when they weren't sure they could hit them)
→ Building systems for their businesses (even when they didn't have clients yet)

And guess what happened?

Women who spent YEARS "planning to start" landed their first paying clients. Women who were terrified of being seen on social media started posting 3x a week and getting engagement. Women with 20+ years of corporate expertise finally packaged it into offers and got paid for it.

Not because they waited to feel confident. It was because they created momentum.

And now we're continuing with 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺.
Because here's what I know after coaching corporate women: momentum isn't built in January when everyone's motivated. It's built in November and December when nobody else is moving.

This week, we're wrapping up with The 2026 Plan—THREE specific, uncomfortable business goals with actual dates attached:
→ A Client Goal with a deadline
→ A Visibility Goal you'll actually do
→ A Revenue or Milestone Goal that scares you a little

Not resolutions or wishes. Actual goals with dates.

Because you can't hit a target you haven't set, and you can't become who you need to be if you don't first declare who that person is.

In 72 hours, it'll be 2026.

You can enter the new year hopeful but uncertain, or you can enter it with momentum already behind you.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁.⁣
⁣
You’ve heard “this is your season.” You know God’s got something bigger for you than that corporate job draining your soul.⁣
⁣
But here’s what’s happening:⁣
⁣
You’re waiting for the prophecy to manifest while skipping the discipline that delivers it. You’ve got the vision board but not the daily habits. You know you’re supposed to build a business, but you won’t send the outreach messages. You believe God’s opening doors, but you won’t create the offer.⁣
⁣
And then you’re confused about why nothing’s moving.⁣
⁣
Sis, let me be clear: God gave you the prophecy. He’s not going to do the work too.⁣
⁣
Every prophet in the Bible had to DO something after they got the word. Moses had to actually go to Pharaoh. David had to keep showing up to the battlefield. Esther had to walk into the throne room. The prophecy gave them the destination. Discipline got them there.⁣
⁣
Your calling isn’t waiting on another prophetic word. It’s waiting on you to be disciplined enough to walk it out.⁣
⁣
That vision of a fully booked coaching business? It’s not going to fall from the sky. You’re going to have to show up every single day and do the boring work. Client acquisition. Systems. Visibility. Follow up. Showing up consistently even when engagement is trash.⁣
⁣
That’s where most people lose the prophecy. They get the word, get excited, wait for it to happen, and when it doesn’t magically appear in 30 days, they decide it wasn’t real. But it was real. They just weren’t disciplined enough to build the bridge between here and there.⁣
⁣
The prophecy is your permission. Discipline is your roadmap.⁣
⁣
Stop waiting for another confirmation. You already know what you’re called to do. Now it’s time to be disciplined enough to actually do it.⁣

Let's be honest about why gifted women stay broke.

It's not because you're not anointed. It's not because you're not talented. And it's definitely not because God didn't give you everything you need to build something profitable.

I've actually watched this play out with women who have 20+ years of corporate experience, genuine calling, and the expertise people would gladly pay for. Six months later though, they're still sitting on their couch "figuring it out." Still waiting for the perfect time and still praying for someone will just discover them.

Here's what's really happening:

You've got the gifts, but you don't have a clear offer. You know you're called, but you can't explain what you actually do in 30 seconds. You're anointed, but your pricing is all over the place. You're talented, but you have no system for finding clients.

So you keep researching. Keep taking courses. Keep "getting ready." Keep praying for doors to open while your calling sits there doing absolutely nothing for your bank account.

And look, I get it. You don't want to be pushy. You don't want to seem money hungry. You're waiting on God to move. But honey, God already moved. He gave you the gifts. Now He's waiting on you to put some structure around them.

Your calling doesn't need to be perfect to be profitable. It just needs to be clear enough for people to say yes to and organized enough for you to actually deliver what you promised.

You can be as anointed and talented as you want, but without structure, your calling doesn't go anywhere. Broke and gifted isn't God's plan for you. Making money so you can tithe generously, pay your bills, and fund Kingdom work is.

I’ve watched too many brilliant Christian women sit on their gifts, waiting for God to “open doors” while their bank accounts stay empty and their expertise stays hidden.⁣

Let’s get real about your “waiting on God” problem:⁣
⁣
→ You’re praying for clients but your profile says “open to opportunities” instead of “I help Christian women build coaching businesses”⁣
⁣
→ You’re asking for financial breakthrough but charging $47 for life-changing transformation⁣
⁣
→ You’re waiting for a sign while qualified prospects are searching for your exact expertise right now⁣
⁣
The Bible is full of people who prayed AND moved. Nehemiah prayed, then organized the rebuilding. Esther fasted, then walked into the throne room. David asked God for victory, then picked up five stones and walked toward Goliath.⁣

Here’s what I’ve learned: Your purpose isn’t a mystery you’re waiting to discover. It’s the thing you keep doing for free while praying for paid opportunities.⁣

I saw Tabitha Brown say something recently that made me pause.

𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀:
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝘁, 𝗴𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯.

And I know that can sting.
Because we live in a culture that romanticizes “burn the bridge” and “hustle until you make it.”

But here’s the truth nobody wants to say out loud:

Your light bill still needs to be paid.

Your mortgage company doesn’t take “likes.”

Faith without a strategy can leave you burned out and broke.

And in today’s job market? That’s even harder.

Layoffs are up.

Job searches are stretching 6+ months.

Women over 40 are being told they’re “overqualified” or just ignored.

That’s why I preach what I preach on my 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁.

Because your exit from corporate doesn’t have to be reckless.
