Today I went searching for photos for my new website — and found a woman I barely recognized.

For years, I judged myself by my size, not my spirit. But the truth is, the woman in those old photos was already whole — she just needed time to remember it.

My journey with GLP-1 medication and energy healing taught me that real transformation happens when we quiet the noise and face the emotions underneath.

The body is always working to bring itself back into balance, to heal, and to repair itself. As Richard Gordon says ‘The body wants to heal’. In Quantum-Touch we work with the body’s innate healing wisdom by providing it with an abundance of Life Force Energy for it to use in its healing process.
