✨ January Babies at Wild Rose ✨

In January, the Wild Rose team had the incredible honor of welcoming three sweet new little babes into the world, each with a story as unique and beautiful as the families who love them.

🌿 Baby Eden
Eden’s parents transferred into care with us around 34 weeks, confident and well-informed first-time parents who knew the birth they desired was possible in an out-of-hospital setting. From the moment we met them, they were ready. About six weeks later, Baby Eden was born peacefully in the water with a stunning view of the bayou. Her mama worked with such strength, dad never leaving her side, surrounded by a loving birth team that included a wonderful doula. A truly calm and sacred welcome earthside.

🌊 Baby Hudson
Next came Baby Hudson—born right on his guess date (his mama clearly knows how to keep a schedule 😉). With a beautiful worship playlist filling the space, Hudson was welcomed peacefully in the water, surrounded by his dad, grandma, Midwives Meagan and Sheradia, and his mama’s best friend who also served as her doula. A birth full of intention, love, and reverence.

🤍 Baby Solomon (Baby Sully)
Last, but certainly not least, sweet Baby Sully. This was Midwife Meg’s second journey with this family, and it was sacred from beginning to end—pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This family knew the experience and the vibes they wanted, and together we made it happen. Midwife Meg arrived to check in, and shortly after, Sully made his way earthside with a mighty roar from his mama as dad waited with eager hands to catch his baby boy. After birth, Midwife Meg grabbed two excited big siblings so they could finally meet their baby, and during postpartum, dad (a nurse practitioner) proudly stepped in, stethoscope out, ready to take over his postpartum duties.

We are endlessly thankful to have walked alongside these families. Thank you for trusting us—not only during birth, but as we continue the journey through postpartum.
Midwifery care is deeply holistic and beautifully tailored to each family, and we are so honored to grow alongside the families we serve. 🌹

You do not have to be a patient of Wild Rose to take advantage of this but you do have to schedule an appointment!

Dr. Tish will be in the office this coming Monday. She’s already got a pretty full day with a little wiggle room so if you’re interested in getting your sweet babe adjusted, your other kiddos or even mom and dad just let us know and we will give you some time slots to choose from ✨

Hello and welcome! Happy New Year…It’s time for us to reintroduce our team!
Wild Rose Midwifery was thoughtfully curated with the hope that every person we encounter feels seen, heard, loved, and safe. 🌿
Our practice is deeply family-centered, rooted in trust, and built around walking alongside you through this sacred season with care, strength, and respect for your individual journey.

Midwife Meagan—founder and heart behind Wild Rose—is a mama to five beautiful children and has poured her whole heart into creating a space where families feel genuinely cared for. She believes deeply in meeting each client exactly where they are and creating a care journey that feels safe, empowering, and uniquely yours.

When it came time to grow the practice, Meagan trusted that the right person would arrive in the right season. Midwife Sheradia recently joined the Wild Rose team, bringing with her a heart of gold and a spirit that feels warm, steady, and safe. Together, our Midwives offer care that is grounded, whole, and deeply supportive.

You’ll also be supported by Amanda—our Office Manager, Birth Assistant, and Student Midwife. Amanda has served women as a Doula for many years and has a beautiful gift for being fully present as families walk through their journeys.

At Wild Rose, we believe deeply in you and in your ability to do hard things.

December babies ❤️🎄

✨ Our December Babies ✨

We’re so honored to share the sweet babies who joined us in December at Wild Rose. Each birth so unique, so sacred, and so beautiful.

🤍 Maya
First up is sweet Maya. Her mama, a first-time mama, welcomed her quietly and calmly, breathing her down and out with dad right by her side. She was so gentle and peaceful in her pushing that Midwives Meagan and Sheradia didn’t even realize she was pushing—birth unfolding just as it was meant to.

🤍 Levi
Next is baby Levi, born to another beautiful set of first-time parents. His mama listened closely to her body and trusted the process of birth. With lots of movement and intuition, Levi made his way earthside right into his daddy’s hands (with Midwife Meg close by for support, of course). It is always such an honor when fellow medical providers choose out-of-hospital care—trusting natural pregnancy, birth, and postpartum so deeply.

🤍 Jack
Then came Jack—baby number six for this incredible mama. Jack came in hot, straight into his dad’s hands, while his big sisters watched in awe. A powerful, love-filled birth surrounded by family.

🤍 Legend
And lastly, sweet Legend. This little guy couldn’t wait for his due date and decided to arrive just before the start of 2026. As a second-time mama, she trusted her body, surrendered to the process, and experienced her very first home birth—what a beautiful way to close the year.

December, you were full of magic. We are endlessly grateful to the families who trusted us with these sacred moments. Welcome earthside, little ones 🤍✨
