The holidays are meant to be enjoyed—and they get easier when you plan smarter.

This was my Sunday prep. Just a little meal prep goes a long way in supporting your energy, mood, and metabolism, especially during your busiest seasons.

I’m a big fan of batch cooking—less stress, more flexibility, and better balance all week.

When prepping for the Holiday Meals:
• Roast extra veggies → use in bowls, salads, tacos
• Make one big protein → for lunches + quick dinners
• Prep 1–2 grab-and-go breakfasts (I love overnight oats or protein pancakes )

I don’t share my Energy Bites just to sell a snack.
I share them because they solve a real problem I see every day as a dietitian.

So many “healthy” snacks spike blood sugar, negatively affect energy- leaving you even more uncomfortable.
These were created to do the opposite.

✔️ Balanced fats + fiber for steady energy
✔️ Naturally sweetened — no crashes
✔️ Ingredients that support real life, not perfection

(And yes — being a culinary school alum is why I enjoy doing this 👩🏽‍🍳 )

This provides medical care, along with dental, pharmacy, mental health, and now intervention, with me! 🌱

My goals in this collaboration are to:
✨ Provide nutrition education, workshops, and consultations — with a focus on culturally inclusive, whole-food strategies.
✨ Integrate holistic wellness and performance nutrition into patient care
✨ Co-design community wellness events, cooking demos, and bilingual resource guides
