Fenugreek, a popular herbal supplement for milk production, can have side effects and may even decrease milk supply. Set up an appointment to determine the best galactagogue for your needs and ensure correct dosage, latch, and pump fit, while addressing underlying issues.

I know this is very common advice given to moms from other providers. I get the concept and yes it’s sustainable for 24-48 hours. BUT, the problem is no one typically tells you when to stop or tries to solve the problem that led to triple feeding.
There are SO many other options. Of course everyone’s situation is different. But if you are stuck in this endless cycle of pump, feed, supplement reach out so we can get you a plan that involves less stress and a tiny bit more sleep!

Prenatal visit always help moms feel more prepared and at ease. It’s also a great way to establish a relationship with your IBCLC before delivering.
And it doesn’t hurt to have “First comes baby, now what?” As a quick read and reference book for your new baby

I find myself repeating this info almost daily! The only rash I do worry about though is dairy intolerance which also may go along with green/mucousy p**p!

Needed: any electric pump in great condition.
I often get electric pumps donated to me by moms no longer needing them. In return I donate them to moms in need. I am running low on options at the office but have moms in need. If you have a pump you no longer need and want to donate it please let me know. Drop off is at my office at 1610 Success Dr Cantonment Fl. I could also possibly meet pending location. Thank you!
If donating: please make sure all parts come with pump including the charger. Also please clean/sanitize before drop off 🤗
