Taking this week off from doing massage, but still reading about massage while enjoying my typical stack of Chrismtas books. This was first on my list and so good I read it in one day. Ian nails every topic in this book. It’s every piece of quality advice you’d want from a seasoned therapist, and I wish we could have had someone tell us all this when we were (much) younger. Highly recommended to all of my bodyworker friends. Standing ovation. 10/10. 🙌

•Last office pickup day for holiday gift cards is Sat 12/20. Last day for mailed gift cards is Mon 12/21.

Had the pleasure of finishing up today working on this little dude durning his afternoon nap. Did you know that I offer CranioSacral Therapy for babies and children as well as adults? I often get referrals to see infants babies for lip/tongue tie issues, Torticollis, and Plagiocephaly/Brachycephaly…or sometimes just to give babies a nice bodywork tuneup after delivery. 🧡
