I can barely do this one because of stiffness in my shoulders lats and ribs. so stiff. But I’ll adapt.

“Operation Build a Better Booty” involves strengthening our backside without wrecking our spine and joints. Aka we don’t need to hip thrust or squat 315 just for ego sake.
These moves are fun and challenging way to target your glutes, hamstrings and spinal muscles.

Most guys get stiffer over time - lower back hips and hamstrings get tighter than guitar strings.
Why?
Gravity, sitting, improper training, lack of fluidity, excessive caffeine or alcohol, etc etc etc

For 60+ year old George here…
The remedy shall incorporate a healthy dose of dynamic stretching, proper core training, lots of walking, EL DOA and time chasing around dogs. He’s already considerably less stiff in just a few months with me, can touch his toes, and can sleep on his right side pain free for the first time in decades.
