Please help me welcome Melissa Carter to the Wellness MD Family.

Melissa is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and she moved here to Pensacola in December of 2024. She has over 30 years of customer service experience. She worked as a 911 dispatcher and is passionate about helping people. She is compassionate, outgoing, and also on a weight loss journey. She is excited to be a part of this team to help patients succeed in their goals.
She has two children, Gabe and Rachel. Gabe is taking a gap year from college and Rachel just joined the Navy. Melissa loves her Frenchie, Francesca Rose. Melissa is a member of the Krewe of Marionettes, Pensacola Belles, and the Gaming Gals.

Hello friends! Please help us congratulate Zane. He started his weight loss journey with us on June 3, 2024. Zane is a hard-worker and just like most of us, had been struggling with the cycle of having unwanted weight, making it difficult to be active and lose weight.
Zane just had his 9 month appointment with me and he has lost 91 lbs total 🥳🥳🥳 After losing this weight, he is now able to be more physically active, and in addition to portion control, he is now working out regularly.

Staying fit involves a combination of portion control, making the right food choices, and consistent physical activity.
For me, as a busy career woman who is a wife and a mom, staying fit has to be a priority. It's always difficult to leave my husband and kids at home to go to the gym on the weekends, but once there, I give it my best. I wanted to share for those who may need the motivation.
