7 days before treatment

Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners

Discontinue retinoids, tretinoin, exfoliating acids, and aggressive at-home treatments unless otherwise directed

Avoid Botox/filler in the treatment area unless coordinated with your provider

48–72 hours before

Avoid alcohol, blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E, turmeric, NSAIDs unless prescribed)

Stay well-hydrated

Day of treatment

Arrive with clean skin (no makeup, lotion, SPF, or self-tanner)

Eat a light meal and hydrate

Let us know if you are pregnant, recently ill, or have any skin changes

✨ POST-TREATMENT CARE

Immediately after

Mild redness, warmth, or tightness is normal

Skin may feel like a light sunburn for a few hours

First 24–48 hours

Keep skin clean and moisturized

Use a gentle cleanser and barrier-supporting moisturizer

Avoid heat (hot yoga, saunas, hot tubs), intense exercise, and alcohol

Do NOT pick, scrub, or exfoliate

For 5–7 days

Avoid retinoids, acids, and harsh skincare

Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily

Avoid direct sun exposure

Makeup

May be applied after 24 hours unless otherwise instructed

Collagen remodeling continues for weeks to months

Best results often come with a series or combination treatments
