To make quality mental health care available for all.
The above heading is my company’s mission statement, and I feel compelled to share that this is not just sentimental fluff to look nice on a web page...it is my heartfelt desire and driving force behind my move to private practice.
This goal has led me to the fee-for-service model where clients pay for their services upfront and can usually get reimbursed after filing the appropriate out-of-network forms with their insurance. This practice model allows me to cut service fees significantly for those without insurance, and in some cases my fees are 50% less than others in the area. Often, working with insurances can lead to higher staffing cost and those costs understandably get put back on the client. By not working directly with insurances, I’m trying to eliminate that cost burden so that I can make quality care available to many more people who desperately need help. I hope you can share my vision and help make Apex Psychiatric Services, LLC a thriving success and asset for our community.
Our mental health is arguably the most crucial aspect of our well-being, yet we seldom prioritize it as so. When we do, we often settle for just good enough. At Apex, good enough is never embraced.
